Our client company is looking for an experienced account manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and actively seek and close new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with customers and connecting with key county/jurisdiction officials.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Successfully lead new system implementations/upgrades of voting systems

·        Provide excellent customer service/technical support

·        Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts

·        Track/manage assigned software enhancements through the development life cycle

·        Educate customers on new releases via user groups/data reviews/internal training

·        Monitor state/federal/local regulations that affect voting systems

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY):

·        BA/BS in a business administration/computer technology area

·        At least 4+ years working in a key technical account manager/project management role

·        Proven track record establishing/maintaining effective customer relationships

·        Analytical problem solver/able to prioritize/adapt to changing requirements/apply solutions

·        A Technical thinker with an ability to learn/apply new knowledge
