Our client company is seeking a business development manager experienced with the Appliance/HVAC chemical industrial coating industry to be the focal point for all customer interaction, global in scope, and be responsible for total customer relationship management.

 

You must be willing to:

  • Coordinate product specifications globally (Ensure specs are global where relevant)
  • Develop project & product leverage working with colleagues on a global basis
  • Manage the profitability/growth of all accounts within the market segment
  • Develop strategy & tactics for key account to successfully accomplish financial goals
  • Conduct technical presentations
  • Participate in customer design teams
     

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY):

  • Degree in Engineering/Related Field
  • 7-10 years’ experience in personnel management
  • 3-5 Years of Appliance/HVAC chemical industrial coating sales(water treatment chemistries/pretreatment
  • chemicals) or key account management experience in this field
  • Management of large, multinational/multimillion dollar accounts experience
  • Excellent computer/database management skills
  • Project management/cross-functional team leadership experience
