Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to act as a lead team member contributing in the management, research, analysis and administration of US based compensation and reward programs designed to attract, retain and motivate the Company’s employees.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Manage the day-to-day administration of the compensation function

·        Ensure all business units are conforming to overall guidelines

·        Manage the job evaluation process ensuring integrity of internal job grade relationships/external                              competitiveness

·        Oversee/participate in appropriate salary surveys for the competitive market

·        Participate/lead the development of Compensation Committee presentations

·        Develop compensation plan communication materials

·        Ensure effective implementation of compensation objectives/programs

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        Bachelors in Human Resources or similar (CCP certificationreferred)

·        7+ years’ executive and employee compensation administration experience

·        Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP preferred)

·        Advanced proficiency in Excel with ability to produce graphic representations of analytical data

·        Knowledge of insurance business/related labor markets preferred
