Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to be responsible for addressing general corporate law matters and managing corporate contracts from initiation to execution for their corporation and its subsidiaries on a global basis.


You must be willing to:

  • Draft/negotiate/finalize contracts
  • Work closely with Business teams/Management to assess business needs/evaluate risk
  • Monitor contract status/compliance
  • Schedule annual Shareholder/Board Meetings (participate in meetings/draft resolutions)
  • Assist in the performance of due diligence for acquisitions/strategic alliances/partnerships
  • Oversee corporate governance practices


  • BA + JD from an ABA Accredited law school
  • Admission to the Bar (at least one state)
  • Minimum 10 years’  experience as a Corporate Attorney  (chemical mfg environment)
  • Capable of dealing with internal/external clients in a tactful/professional manner
  • Self-motivated/strategic thinker/problem solver with demonstrated initiative/follow through
  • Ability to timely access/analyze situations/propose thorough/concise solutions
  • High standards of ethics/integrity
