Our client company is seeking an experienced, director level manager to interface with executives, managers and human resources staff across the organization to develop and administer effective compensation programs, policies, and processes to build a high-performing team.


You must be willing to:

·        Be responsible for managing the design/development/implementation of existing/new compensation                    programs/policies/procedures

·        Administer timely/accurate pay programs

·        Plan/implement the performance evaluation/annual merit processes



·        BS/BA in Management, Finance/Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience

·        CCP preferred

·        Minimum of 7 years progressively responsible compensation design/administration experience

·        Experience in a geographically dispersed restaurant/retail/services organization with U.S./international              operations

·        Strong knowledge of total compensation theory/job classification principles/job evaluation methodology.

·        Strong knowledge of U.S. FLSA/state/federal regulations/Canadian federal/provincial regulations

·        Strong knowledge/experience with database applications/HRIS systems (Workday Human Capital                          Management system experience preferred)
