Our client company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to find, grow and keep valued teammates.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Partner with our business leaders to help them build their organizations/make quality people decisions

·        Navigate/resolve employee relations issues/manage programs/resources that help develop our                                teammates

·        Provide insightful data to guide decision making/provide proactive solutions

·        Be responsible for solving complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        BA/BS degree (equivalent practical experience considered)

·        Experience working as a management consultant/working with external clients

·        7 years of HRBP/generalist experience supporting senior leaders at global companies

·        Demonstrated analytical/problem-solving skills/get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how                            complex

·        Ability to analyze data/understand trends/develop recommendations for action based on the analysis

·        Auto industry/retail experience or have a current job as a Field HR representative

·        Bilingual (English/Spanish)
