Our client company is seeking an experienced HRBP to be responsible for providing leadership and support in the development and execution of human resources operations and strategies.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Provide leadership/guidance/development to a team of 3-5 HR direct reports

·        Provide guidance/education to all Employees on the administration/interpretation of the Collective                        Bargaining Agreement

·        Establish strategies with business leaders to select/retain the diverse talent required

·        Ensure compliance with state/federal regulatory requirements

·        Perform difficult staffing duties (understaffed situations/conflict resolution/terminating                                                employees/administering disciplinary procedures

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        BA in HR management, public administration or business discipline (MS preferred)

·        7 to10 years’ progressive experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Director in the oil refining            industry

·        Minimum 3 years’ labor relations experience

·        Knowledge of Federal/State/Local Employment laws/regulations

·        Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint/various HRIS applications
