Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing Food & Beverage products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Develop/implement plant performance tracking or systems/analyze efficiency/yield/waste/down                              time/labor cost

·        Review operations to resolve production/processing problems

·        Develop budgets/approve expenditures for supplies/materials/human resources

·        Coordinate/recommend procedures for facility/equipment maintenance/modification

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        High School (BA/BS preferred) (APICS certification preferred)

·        4 – 10 years’ food/beverage manufacturing experience (raw materials/production processes/quality                      control/costs)

·        Administration/Management Knowledge (strategic planning/resource allocation/human resources                       modeling/leadership technique/production methods)

·        HACCP/HARPC required/knowledge of BRC or SQF protocols

·        Customer Service Knowledge

·        Strong knowledge of Food Safety regulations/ USDA/FDA guidelines
