Our client company is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to be responsible for development and implementation of sustainable reliability programs. 

 

You must be willing to:

·        Provide development/execution of FMEA strategy

·        Take ownership of PM/PdM optimization process for critical equipment

·        Evaluate new technologies/alternatives for equipment diagnosis/repair

·        Apply reliability tools (RCA/FMEA/RCM/etc.)  to drive improvements/optimize costs/improve asset                       effectiveness

·        Pursue continuous improvement of predictive/preventative maintenance programs

·        Prepare PM requirements for new equipment

 

Requirements (MUST HAVE)

·        BS Mechanical Engineering or related field

·        5 – 8 years’ experience in chemical/petrochemical facility

·        PdM Certifications: Vibration Analyst – Level II/Infrared Thermographer – Level II/Machine Lubricant                 Analyst – Level II

·        Ultrasonic/MCE Experience

·        Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional

·        Six Sigma Green Belt

·        Technical knowledge/understanding of chemical processing/utilities equipment

·        Self-motivated & driven
