Our client company is seeking am experienced manager to manage, direct and develop all quality initiatives and aspects related to customer relations and service management.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Hire/train/develop/coach service personnel

·        Daily execution of all service routes/customer interactions

·        Daily merchandise control of all clean/soiled products

·        Manage daily account functions. (audits/scrub counts/route reconciliations//truck maintenance                                logs/linen reconciliation/etc.)

·        Ensure 100% completion of quarterly customer contacts/audits

·        Manage invoice reconciliation/invoice printing/report monitoring

·        Manage/maintain a recurring revenue stream

·        Analyze sales opportunities/determine customer needs

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        BS/BA or equivalent managerial experience

·        Previous Service Management experience with direct reports of multiple service managers/supervisors              or multiple locations

·        Exceptional customer service skills

·        Effective written/verbal communication skills

·        Able to interpret reports/performance tracking mechanisms

·        A clean driving record

·        High energy with the ability to multi-task
