Our client company is looking for an experienced development manager with exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet commitments with high quality solutions.


You must be willing to:

·        Grow your organization, both individual contributors and managers

·        Build and own distributed and scalable products and services

·        Lead a software organization with many concurrent goals

Requirements (MUST HAVE):

·        BA/BS (technical field preferred) (MS preferred)

·        10+ years professional software development experience

·        5+ years managing development (direct responsibility for project                                                                                                 management/hiring/promotions/performance management)

·        2+ years leading team managers

·        Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment

·        Deep understanding of software development in a team

·        A track record of shipping software on time

·        Strong product sense and customer empathy

·        Excellent verbal/written communication skills
